We are Unica Facilities Services Inc, a cleaning & painting company who looks after its people and its community. We strongly believe that personal connection and giving back to our community is an important aspect of who we are and what we do. We have been in the professional commercial cleaning Industry for 30 years and every year we look forward to building new bridges and tearing down walls.

The founder, Luis Martins, Started this company over 30 years ago as a newly American coming from Brazil. We give a multitude of aspect and perspectives ranging across the global. We truly believe that our people, our clients, and our community come first and it is our job to help those who cannot help themselves.

The journey begin when Luis came to America from Brazil looking for piece of the American Dream. After many struggles in the first few years adapting to the new lifestyle and culture, they were able to start and fund their newly founded a commercial cleaning company.

There are safety protocols and standards to be met in order to ensure all jobs are done properly and thoroughly for the safety of anyone entering the site. All of our technicians are fully certified and trained to handle any environment, from hospitals to schools. For us, when it comes to health and safety, there's no room for error.
